Fully Automatic Box Beam Roll Forming Machine Fast Speed Production Line

Definition of double C-beam(box beam roll forming machine): A sheet iron or steel plate is machined (stamping or rolling) into a "C" shape(C beam roll forming machine), the steel processing produces strong plastic deformation, so that the lattice distortion, distortion, grain shear, slip, grain elongation, significantly increase hardness, reduce plasticity and impact toughness, after forming C-shaped components, called single-eyed C-shaped beam. This line is equipped with pneumatic fully automatic feeding and turning functions after flying shearing, thus saving labour costs considerably. Only 1-2 employees are required for this line.

Both the forming machine and the seaming machine are equipped with two 0.75kw height motors and a 1.5kw width motor, so that any size of box beam can be produced, and production can be started by entering the required width and height and the cut length on the touch screen. It is very easy to operate and reduces the need for workers.
